Cacao Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon mesquite (optional)
  • 1 or more teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 -5 ice cubes

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth.
